Welcome to Geo.Trackr.Live, a free GPS treasure-hunt game. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
Geo.Trackr.Live lets you create location-based puzzles ("treasures") and lets others find them using only a distance readout. It's provided free, as-is, for fun. We may change, pause, or discontinue any part of it at any time.
Play safely
Hunting happens in the real world. You are responsible for your own safety. Pay attention to your surroundings, obey all laws, and don't trespass, enter dangerous areas, or use the app while driving. Don't place treasures on private property without permission, or anywhere that would put finders at risk.
Your content
You're responsible for the treasures, messages, and images you create. Don't upload anything illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate. You keep ownership of your content but grant us permission to store and display it as needed to run the game. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GPS is imprecise and the game may not always work as expected. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including anything that happens while hunting for or placing a treasure.
Affiliation
Geo.Trackr.Live is an independent game and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Geocaching.com or Groundspeak Inc.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
